This project with Countryside Properties has been on-going for approximately 3 years and we are now coming to the end of Zone A. With a mixture of houses up to 5 bedrooms and some HA apartment blocks this is just a fraction of the works going on in this up and coming town. With TLC luxury vinyl tile to the hallways and kitchens and a 100% polypropylene carpet to all bedrooms, stairs and landings; this phase of 186 units is now ending. However, we are now moving on to our second phase on the site with a slight upgrade in specification for all 68 units of Zone G. The LVT will now be the desired Amtico ‘Spacia’ range with an upgrade to Abingdon’s stain free carpet.
